Our Financial Services Guide is here to help you determine whether to use any of our services. The guide provides information on things such as how we are paid for arranging your insurance or how to make a complaint if you are not happy with any of our service.

In order for us to make our recommendations we collect relevant personal information from you. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our current policies and practices in relation to the collection, handling and disclosure of your personal information.

2. Complete a quote form

How to use the Quote forms?

Select the type of insurance, then proceed through the form you have selected step by step completing the all the relevant questions.

Use the ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons to move between the pages, once you are happy with the information you have provided, use the ‘Send’ button to submit your quote request.

Your information will only be sent to us once you have clicked the ‘Send’ button.

Be sure to complete all the required (*) fields.


3. What happens next?

What happens after I submit a quote request? 

  • Typically, quote requests for common risks such as car or home and contents are processed within 48 hours, however complicated risks can take longer.

We review your information & obtain relevant quotes from our recommended insurers.

Sometimes and depending on the type of cover you are requesting, we (or the insurer) may need further information, if this is the case we will contact you to discuss the particulars. An insurer will never contact you directly unless we have asked them to do so and you have agreed.

We then issue you with a quote for the recommended policy.

This could be in a number of ways either over the phone, by email, posted or even in person at our office depending on the preference you selected when requesting the quote.

Ok, I’m happy with the quote, how do I take out the cover?

  • Be sure to check that the details on the quote are correct. Please also read the provided PDS booklet for the full policy details as conditions and limits to the cover do apply.

Request us to place cover.

Advise us to proceed with placing cover either over the phone, by email or in person at our office. Prior to accepting cover some insurers may request completion of a proposal form or full payment of the premium.

We issue you with the policy documents confirming cover.

Depending on your preference, the policy documents are either emailed, posted or collected in person from our office.
